Robert Bell
In Memoriam – Former Principal at Lake Forest Charter School
Robert had over two decades of experience in urban education and was the principal at Lake Forest Charter School, which maintains a school letter grade of “A”. Lake Forest has the second highest School Performance Score in New Orleans Public Schools and was recognized as a 2019 Top Gains and Equity Honoree. Robert was a Xavier University graduate and completed the Alliance for Diversity and Excellence leadership program in 2019.

Steve Corbett

Prior to his CEO role with Audubon Charter Schools, Steve served as High School Principal at Lusher Charter School. In 2019, Lusher earned an “A” letter grade, had the second highest School Performance Score in New Orleans Public High Schools, and was a Top Gains and Equity Honoree. Lusher has also been named a Gold Medal High School by US News and World Report.

John Gravier

John worked as a kindergarten through fourth grade Principal and is currently serves as School Director of Dolores T. Aaron Academy. Dolores T. Aaron is the highest performing school in the ReNew Network of schools and scored above the top growth average for ELA and Math in 2019.

Elisabeth served as Principal of Paul Habans Charter School. Under her leadership, Habans earned an “A” Progress Index grade and, in 2019, the school had the third highest growth rate for ELA and the fourth highest growth for Math in NOLA Public Schools. Elisabeth is a Relay Principal’s Supervisor Program participant.

Ava Lee
School Director / Samuel J. Green Charter School
Ava has served as School Director of Samuel J. Green Charter School for over a decade. She was named a 2019 Semi-Finalist for Louisiana Principal of the Year. Green is the second highest performing FirstLine School and had the fifth highest Math growth in New Orleans Public Schools. Ava is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education from Xavier University.

Megan Raychaudhuri
Head of School / Homer Plessy Community School
Megan is Head of School at Homer Plessy Community School. In 2019, Homer Plessy increased their letter grade and earned an “A” for Progress Index. The school also had the second highest ELA growth in New Orleans Public Schools.
