Teacher Fest
NOLA Teacher Fest is New Orleans’ annual free festival for educators, sponsored by the Allstate Sugar Bowl New Orleans Teacher Community.
We host NOLA Teacher Fest each year because we know that teachers work incredibly hard, and we believe they deserve the chance to relax, enjoy one another’s company, and celebrate the school year.
Starting in 2022, we’ve hosted the NOLA Teacher Fest in Champions Square. Last year, over 1800 educators joined us for great food, music, dancing, and community, representing 100% of public schools.
Events like Teacher Fest help us work toward one of the Allstate Sugar Bowl NOLA Teacher Community’s biggest goals: making New Orleans the best place in the country to teach. We’re focused on recruiting and retaining great educators, and celebrating them is a big part of that.
